Miniatures can be broken if mishandled.

I have dealt with Patrick before and never had an issue. If I had something that I could prove to him was quickly wrong.
One time I ordered six things of barrels, and I got one the right size, and the other ones were mislabeled. Wasn't his fault, I don't think, but he fixed it right away.
Just recently I got a box from him, and it was crushed. Not his fault, but I just gave him a heads up and said, "It's crushed." I'm gonna check him in the morning, and by the way he packed it, everything was pristine. It came out phenomenal, so that speaks highly of the man.
As stated before, I ordered one thing. He had an extra he threw me because I bought from him before. When I go to conventions, I hand out his cards. I know he's got at least a couple businesses from my friends, so it's why you should support someone who does the job right. I'm going to include a picture of the box that got crushed so you guys can see everything. The box was still perfectly fine. That's a good packing job right there.
