Incredible detailed and perfect scale model for my team yankee army. Good resin and easy for remodelling. Spare turrets were supplied. Very carrfully packed. A pic of painted model see below

Cant comment with the customer service since I had no need to contact them.
The only issue wich is my own fault is that the models are not hero-models so I wont be able to use them on my tabletop. But they are gonna be fun to paint and use as a display item.
