Recreate the streets of wartime Dunkirk with the Historical Row House, part of my new Dunkirk terrain collection inspired by the architecture of northern France during the early stages of World War II.
Designed to capture the narrow brick townhouses that lined the streets during Operation Dynamo, this building is ideal for creating dense urban battlefields, evacuation scenarios, and close-quarters fighting. Whether your forces are defending the city, advancing through the streets, or covering the evacuation from the beaches, this building provides both visual authenticity and excellent gameplay.
Like all of my modular buildings, the roof and each floor are removable, giving players full access to the interior during the game while making the model easy to print and assemble.
Perfect for:
The Historical Row House can be used as a standalone building or combined with the rest of the Dunkirk Row House Collection to create realistic rows of northern French townhouses, bringing the atmosphere of Operation Dynamo and the Battle of Dunkirk to your tabletop.
Designed for home 3D printing and scaled for 28mm miniatures.
The files are set at 28mm (1/56) Scale and can easily be printed on a Creality K1. Furthermore, they can be easily scaled up or down to 1/120 for FDM printers.
114% - 32mm (1/50)
100% - 28mm (1/56)
77,77% - 20mm (1/72)
64% - HO (1/87)
56% - 15mm (1/100)
15mm Scale is compatible with large-scale fantasy and historical battles, such as Warmaster or other small-scale medieval wargames.
20mm Scale is less commonly used for fantasy settings, but can suit model builders or players looking to integrate terrain with historical collections.
28mm Scale is the most popular choice and fits a wide range of games, including Dungeons & Dragons, Frostgrave, Mordheim, Kings of War, and many other skirmish or narrative-driven systems.
32mm Scale works well with slightly larger, more detailed miniatures used in modern fantasy RPGs and board games, such as Cthulhu: Death May Die or Massive Darkness, where a more cinematic table presence is desired.
