We’re opening the doors.
After years of producing and shipping terrain to thousands of customers, we’ve reached the limits of in-house manufacturing. Instead of scaling production further, we’re focusing on what we do best: designing high-quality terrain.
This tier allows you to become part of a growing network of creators who bring Patrick Miniatures designs to life.
With an active subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable commercial license to 3D print and sell physical versions of our designs.
What You Get

- ✔️ Permission to sell via Etsy, eBay, Shopify, local stores, etc.

LICENSE TERMS
1. License Grant
This is a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable commercial license.
You are permitted to:
- 3D print Patrick Miniatures files
- Sell physical printed copies only
2. Restrictions
You may NOT:
- ❌ Sell, share, or distribute STL files in any format
- ❌ Upload files to any platform (free or paid)
- ❌ Modify, remix, or resell files as your own
- ❌ Use files for casting, molding, or mass production
- ❌ Use designs for industrial-scale manufacturing
3. Subscription Requirement
- This license is valid only while your subscription is active
- Commercial rights are directly tied to an active membership
4. Termination of License (Strict)
Upon cancellation, expiration, or termination:
- Your commercial license is immediately revoked
You must:
- ❗ Stop all sales immediately
- ❗ Remove all listings from all platforms
- ❗ Cease distribution of ALL inventory, including previously printed items
- ❗ Not sell, gift, or transfer remaining stock
There is no grace period and no sell-off period
5. Enforcement & Violations
We actively monitor marketplaces and sales channels.
In case of violation:
- Your license will be permanently revoked
- You may be blacklisted from future access
We reserve the right to:
- Issue DMCA takedown notices
- Report listings to marketplaces (Etsy, eBay, Shopify, etc.)
- Take further legal action if necessary
Unauthorized selling after termination constitutes copyright infringement
6. Store Disclosure & Quality Control (Mandatory)
To maintain consistent quality and protect the brand:
- You are required to provide links to all stores or sales channels where you sell Patrick Miniatures products
- This includes Etsy, eBay, Shopify, personal websites, or any other platform
We reserve the right to:
- Review your store(s) for print quality, presentation, and accuracy
- Require improvements if standards are not met
Failure to disclose your sales channels may result in license termination
7. Authorized Seller Program (Optional)
Approved sellers may be featured as Authorized Sellers of Patrick Miniatures
Benefits may include:
- Listing on our official website
- Increased visibility and customer trust
Important:
- Only sellers explicitly approved by Patrick Miniatures may present themselves as “Authorized Seller of Patrick Miniatures”
- Approval is granted at our discretion and may be revoked at any time
8. Manufacturing & Market Position
Patrick Miniatures reserves the right to continue manufacturing and selling physical products based on its designs.
However:
- Our processing times may be longer, making our offers less competitive in some regions
- Our pricing should be seen as reference pricing, not a fixed standard
We explicitly encourage licensed sellers to:
- Offer more competitive pricing where possible
- Provide faster and local shipping, especially in regions such as the USA
- Improve accessibility of our designs for local markets
This distributed model is intended to benefit both sellers and customers.
9. Branding & Representation
- You may sell printed products based on our designs
- You may NOT present yourself as Patrick Miniatures
Authorized sellers (if approved):
- ✅ May use: “Authorized Seller of Patrick Miniatures”
- ❌ May not impersonate the brand
10. Promotion & Sponsorship Rights
Licensed sellers may use printed Patrick Miniatures products for:
- Sponsoring tournaments or events
- Collaborating with influencers or content creators
- Promotional giveaways or marketing campaigns
Conditions:
- Your own store must be clearly promoted
- You must clearly state:
“Design by Patrick Miniatures” or “Original design by Patrick Miniatures”
11. Mandatory Credit Format
All licensed sellers must include the following credit:
“Design by Patrick Miniatures”
This must appear in at least one of the following:
- Product description
- Listing details
- Store page
- Promotional content
Failure to include proper credit may result in enforcement actions.
12. Intellectual Property
- All files and designs remain the exclusive property of Patrick Miniatures
- This license grants permission to sell physical prints only, not ownership
13. File Access & Continued Use
- Files downloaded during an active subscription may be retained for personal use
- Commercial use of any files is strictly prohibited without an active subscription
- Previous releases are not included in this tier and must be purchased separately
- To obtain commercial rights for older releases, you must purchase the files from one of our official platforms:
- Files obtained from any other source are unauthorized and may not be used commercially
14. Minimum Quality Standards
All products sold must meet reasonable quality expectations:
- Clean prints (no major defects or missing parts)
- Proper post-processing (support removal, curing, and cleanup)
- Accurate scaling and proportions
- Clear and honest product photos
We reserve the right to request improvements or revoke the license if standards are not met.
15. Non-Exclusivity
- This license is non-exclusive
- Patrick Miniatures may grant licenses to multiple sellers in any region
16. Pricing Independence
- Sellers are free to set their own prices
- Patrick Miniatures does not enforce pricing rules
- Our pricing serves as a reference only
17. Limitation of Liability
- Patrick Miniatures is not responsible for:
- Print quality of third-party sellers
- Shipping, damages, or customer disputes
- Any losses arising from resale activities
All sellers operate as independent businesses
18. Abuse & Circumvention
- Sharing accounts or licenses between multiple businesses is prohibited
- Each business requires its own active subscription
- Attempts to bypass licensing terms will result in immediate termination
19. Updates & Changes
- These terms may be updated at any time
- Updated terms will apply immediately upon publication
- Continued subscription constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
20. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to this tier, you acknowledge and agree to all terms stated above.
