The building works perfectly as a vehicle depot, army workshop, abandoned industrial garage, checkpoint support building, militia hideout, repair station, or mission objective. It fits two trucks or one tank-sized vehicle, making it useful for scenarios where players need to secure a vehicle, recover supplies, search a depot, defend a base, or raid an enemy compound.

It can also be used as part of a larger military base, industrial zone, Soviet-era town, Chornobyl-style exclusion zone, or post-apocalyptic settlement. Great for games such as Zona Alfa, Specte Operations, Team Yankee, Black Ops, Fallout-style skirmishes, modern combat games, and sci-fi or grimdark battlefields.

Please note that all parts come unpainted and unprimed, though I ensure they are cleaned up before shipping. Some small fibers may still be present. Buildings come in either grey or black and are available in three scales: 15mm, 20mm, and 28mm.

This building is also available in 1/87 HO scale, ideal for model railroad collectors. Note that the structure comes unpainted.
